Screen Beans for Windows includes its own handy program that displays all the images on your screen.  You use the program to select one of the images, copy it to the clipboard, and paste it into your document.

The downloaded file for Windows is a setup program.  Just double-click to install the Screen Beans program and clip art.  Then look for Screen Beans on your Start menu!

System Requirements

Any PC with a 32-bit version of Windows can use the Screen Beans program. That is pretty much anything but the newer 64-bit versions.
